Where To Buy Groceries in Paducah
Are you moving to Paducah or considering it?
Maybe you’re wondering about some really boring things that don’t tend to get all of the attention in the marketing brochures, like where to buy groceries.
Most of the Instagram videos about life in Paducah tend to feature a cute coffee shop or fun things to do. While that is a huge part of what makes this place so great, I’m here to cover the non influencer side of things.
Where will you buy groceries in Paducah? Again, it sounds basic. But we all have to do it and most of us do it once a week. Or if you’re like me and hate meal planning, you will go multiple times a week! If you come here expecting a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s, you will be extremely disappointed. I won’t mention either that the closest Target is 56 miles away. Even though there is no Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s, we do have several options, both large retailers and locally owned businesses.

My husband and I both grocery shop and it’s funny that we each have our favorites. I always go to Walmart and he likes to shop at Midtown Market. Moving to a new city can be challenging, but knowing what to expect beforehand helps with the mundane tasks of daily life.
